Thank you for shopping with Mavelle Beauty. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [12:00 PM EST] or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping times
Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: [7–15] business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: [10–20] business days
- Europe & Australia: [10–20] business days
- Rest of world: [12–25] business days
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. [We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $[50].]
Order tracking

Delays
Occasionally, orders may take longer than expected due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, or seasonal demand. If your order hasn't arrived within [30] days of the shipping confirmation, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within [24] hours and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
